Are there jam band tributes?
Are there any concerts that honor any previous famous jam bands like the Grateful Dead? I’d be interested in reuniting with fellow dead heads.

Yes of course there are. Specifically there are a lot of Grateful Dead tribute bands for Jerry Garcia. I found one of their concerts by searching Ticketmaster for the venues around my area.
