Are there any concerts that honor any previous famous jam bands like the Grateful Dead? I’d be interested in reuniting with fellow dead heads.

Where’s the Wikipedia entry for jam bands in general? All I can find are entries on specific bands like Phish and the Grateful Dead.

I hear the term jam band thrown out all the time. However, I often hear it referred to bands of all genres such as rock, and electronic music. What in particular makes a band a jam band?
